Postal codes only. Their capital cities are left off this sheet because only one of the two sources used for the state capitals covers them, and one source is not enough.

Notes and sources

Postal codes are USPS Publication 28, Appendix B. Each capital had to appear identically in two independent sources, the Wikipedia list of state capitals and the Natural Earth populated-places dataset, or it would not have been printed.

Saint Paul, Minnesota is written in full here; it is also commonly written St. Paul.

A postal code is two capital letters with no full stops, and it goes on the last line of the address before the ZIP code.
